We are so happy to support Trekstock as our chosen charity of the year.We think it is really important to give a little where we can and to support causes that are close to our hearts. Choosing to support Trekstock was an easy choice for us to make because they do the most amazing work. Trekstock is a UK youth cancer charity that exists to provide support to over 100,000 young adults in their 20’s and 30’s living with or the affects of cancer. They work tirelessly to ensure that no young adult has to face cancer alone.
We love the work that Trekstock do to help support young adults. They have lots of events and programmes aimed at helping support psychological and physical wellbeing such as REVIVE yoga, a monthly yoga series for young adults who have experienced cancer, led by Imogen North.
Trekstock also have a wealth of information knowledge. You’ll find a really interesting article on gut health and the importance of healthy gut bacteria and prebiotics here by Dr.Lauren McDonald , which makes it easy to see why we felt that Trekstock were a perfect partner for our healthy giving.
