We came across this amazing recipe and just had to share it with you all! Some of our customers avoid nuts as well as gluten as this bread is perfect! It was created by Noor Sarieddine from @healthybeirut , and is grain free, dairy free, nut free, no added sugar and high in good fats and fibre!  She created because she loves bread and wanted a healthier version she could enjoy – and I simply can’t wait to try this recipe at home!

1 1/4 cups tiger nut flour

6 eggs

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup psyllium husk

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

sea salt

any herbs you like

optional for the topping; hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, sacha inchi

Method

Mix wet ingredients and dry  ingredients separately

then mix them together

Pour into a loaf tin

Bake for around 40 minutes at 350F/ 175C

Allow to cool before slicing

Enjoy!
