We had the most amazing time at the Essex Food Fest last week at Cressing Temple. We met so many lovely people who loved our tiger nuts and fresh tiger nut milk.  We ran free demonstrations showing how easy it is to make fresh tiger nut milk, and teaching everyone how to make  authentic traditional horchata.

People are always amazed to find out delicious our tiger nuts are, and how easy it is to make our tiger nut recipes. Our youngest customer was 10 year old Mia who went straight home and made some tiger nut bliss balls that she tweeted for us to see!

We are also so excited to at last have launched our new Naked  Tiger Nuts! These cute little tiger nuts have been stripped of their skin until only the pure and naked tiger nut is left! They have the most intense sweet tiger nut flavour ever – I think they have a more nutty taste, so if you like your tiger nuts with bit of bite these are for you. They are a little rougher and harder than our premium peeled with a little more fibre and a lot of character!  We think they look like little sugar puffs and they are seriously delicious!

At the show we also launched another new product, Tiger Nut Powder which is the most delicious super fine, super soft powder that is perfect for adding to smoothies and juices. We hope to get it up on the website very soon…keep watching this space!
