Each month they feature a recipe of the month, and this month their #sotm is a delicious tiger nut smoothie, made with super fresh organic ingredients along with our very special Chufa de Valencia tiger nuts in this amazing sweet and summery smoothie recipe. Pink and Powerful Recipe
80g Strawberries
50g Tiger nuts
20g Blueberries
60g Banana
50g Sweet Potato
30g Rhubarb
10g Dried Mulberries
0.5g Cinnamon
Why Our Ingredients Rock
Strawberries are rich in fibre and packed full of antioxidants and polyphenols. They also contain vitamin C and K, folate, potassium, magnesium, and manganese. Health benefits include improving heart function, reducing hypertension, preventing cancer, and they’re great for anti-ageing and eye health.
Tiger Nuts need no introduction. Our magic weapons in the #SOTM are high in Vitamin E, Omega 9, and are a natural pre-biotic. Amazingly, they contain as much iron as red meat.
